True NZ country Escape in Auckland City's own backyard.

The stay at the Pakinui Farm stay with Rex and Delwyn as the most hospital and caring hosts was just the rejuvenation we needed after a long and tiresome year. From the tranquil settings and the almost Zen like landscaped garden, delightful pets and farm animals to the large luxurious outdoor spa under the stars to the generous delectable breakfasts.

Pakinui had everything there to escape the hustle of the Big Smoke. And if that's not enough there are the conveniently located (a ten minute drive) half-a-dozen world-class vineyards, eateries, outlet and crafts shopping at Westgate, and stunning black sands of the Muriwai Beach, home to the amazing gannet colonies. We had the most memorable time there and look forward to being there, at the next opportunity we get.

Well, we are sitting here waiting for our drinks to be poured and our dinner to be put on the table. What a wonderful experience you have given our family. Both of you were so extraordinarily kind. I only wish I could send you a movie of the girls flying into their parents' arms telling them absolutely all about the best time they have EVER had in the whole of their lives, at full volume concurrently. We just unpacked the car and slid away to peace and quiet. I am sure the girls are still telling them all about everything. So many wonderful thrills that they don't know which is the BEST. The chickens are right up there. And of course they're coming back next weekend. All our grateful thanks for every bit of it.

Of all the places that we been to this summer, the time we spent at your lovely farm house is the best. You made us feel so at home. We all enjoyed the mornings in the garden. the children loved feeding and being around the chicks and other animals and of course Bella. They still keep saying that they miss Bella. Jasim was so thrilled that you took him to collect the egg.

 

It was so nice of you to make that lovely birthday cake and get a present for Jasim. He sure had a memorable birthday. Thank you so very much.

Pakinui Gardens Farmstay was the perfect choice in accommodation for our recent wedding.  My family, bridesmaid and I all stayed the night before the wedding and were treated to freshly baked muffins and an amazing spread for breakfast.  The children were well catered for with animals to look at and feed, and toys to play with.  Delwyn and Rex were perfect hosts, opening up their home to a large group of people and making us feel really special.  Our photographer was also really pleased with all the photo opportunities available in the beautiful garden.  Thanks so much for helping make our day so special!

We all really enjoy staying at your farm--The meals are delicous and it's the best we had in New Zealand.

Feeding the animals are a very good experience.  My wife likes your cat, dog, sheep and all.

You have a great farm and we enjoy walking around to see the animals, beautiful flowers and the green green grasses.
